RETURN POLICY

 

IMPORTANT! Gray Wolf Woolens takes pride in providing our customers with the best hunting garments available in quality, design, and fit. If for some reason you need to return your garments due to improper fit, defective materials or workmanship, or if you’re not completely satisfied, we will either exchange the garment or refund your money.  A 10% restocking fee will be charged if an additional purchase is not made.

Exchange Policy on Specials and Closeouts: Items sold as Specials and/or Closeouts are discounted to move merchandise which is overstocked or has been discontinued. For this reason an even exchange will be subject to the availability of remaining discounted items in stock. If the item is sold out and you wish to have it custom made, you will be required to pay the difference between the two garments.  If item is returned and no additional item is ordered, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

Immediately upon receipt of your garments, try them on, and ensure proper fit. If you need to return items, please follow these directions.

1) Contact Gray Wolf and explain the reason for the return via phone or em ail. We will then discuss shipping options.

2) Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt, unless previous arrangements have been made. No exceptions, we cannot accept returns after 10 days.

3) Merchandise must be returned in NEW condition, free of dirt, smoke, animal hair, etc. If not, the customer will be charged for cleaning the garment, or may not receive full credit for the garments.
